本地送貨安排
貨品一般會在確認付款後 3-5 工作天內出貨 / 預購訂單 (Pre-Order) 在 20 - 45 個工作日內發貨。主要使用順豐快遞或香港郵政送貨,並會約在2-4 個工作日內交付。而訂單一經發貨,郵件的追踪信息將會發出。
HK$400或以上的訂單可享免運費。
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship domestic retail orders 3-5 business days/ pre-orders 20-45 business days after an order is placed. We primarily ship through S.F. Express or H.K Post. After leaving our workshop, they typically delivers in 2-4 business days. You will receive a notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We only offer free shippings for all local orders HK$400 or above.
海外送貨安排
我們主要使用國際快遞公司運送國際郵包,而郵件運抵時間會因應運送地址、當地時間和郵政服務而異。 平均而言,訂單大約會在 2-4 星期內送到。
國際郵包可能需要繳納以當地國家/地區計算的關稅、清關或其他費用。 客戶需要負責支付所有關稅和費用。國際郵包亦可能會因當地清關問題而被延誤。
如貨品因海關入境限制﹑其他第三方運輸公司等原因未能成功寄出至收件國家/地址,本店不設任何退款安排。
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We send most international packages via International Courier. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 2-4 weeks.
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs.
If the goods are not successfully sent to the receiving country/address due to customs entry restrictions, other third-party transportation companies, we do not provide any refund arrangements.
退款及退换
訂單一經確認,我們將不接受任何理由的退款。
而如果在交貨後 2 天內發現產品有缺陷,可在以下的情況內提供換貨服務。 請注意,買家需負責退貨運費。
要符合退貨條件,貨品必須與你收到時的狀況相同,未磨損或未使用,帶有標籤,並且處於原有包裝中,亦需要提供購貨之單據。
損害和問題
收到貨物時檢查你的訂單,如果商品有缺陷、損壞或收到錯誤的商品,請立即與我們聯繫,以便我們評估問題並改正。
本店不對由運輸過程中的問題,而未收到的物品負責。
例外/不可退回的物品
我們的大部分產品都是手工製作和天然的,因此它們往往會因批次而異。我們在發貨前都經過仔細檢查。由於我們產品的性質,用過的手工皂、護膚品和蠟燭不能退貨或退款。
將物品退回給我們時,你需要承擔退貨費用。你也有責任確保貨物能到達我們的場所,因為在貨物到達我們店中之前我們無法負責。
退貨時,你可以通過 canaturalhk@gmail.com 與我們聯繫。如果你的退貨被接受,我們將向你發送退貨通知,以及有關如何以及向何處寄送包裹的說明。不接受在未事先要求退貨的情況下寄回給我們的物品。

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
We apologize that we do not offer any refunds, all products sold will be considered a final sale. If the product(s) is found to be defective within 2 days of delivery, an exchange will be offered on an exception basis. Please be aware that buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Our shop is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Most of our products are handmade and natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch. We are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used soaps, skincare items and candles cannot be returned or refunded. Sale Items and gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged.
When returning items to our online team, you are responsible for the cost of the return. It is also your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our premises as we cannot be responsible until they reach us.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@woodpolar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
